由原省物產(chǎn)集團、省民航物流公司、蘭州港投公司及蘭州新區(qū)商投集團所屬綜保區(qū)公司、路港物流公司等企業(yè)資產(chǎn)入組，省國投集團5億元現(xiàn)金出資組建。是我省港口物流領(lǐng)域投資、建設(shè)、運營、管理的專業(yè)化產(chǎn)業(yè)集團,是現(xiàn)代物流綜合服務(wù)方案集成運營商、供應(yīng)鏈物流組織者。目前，公司注冊資本55.41億元，資產(chǎn)總額200億元，土地面積、倉儲面積共580余萬平方米。

Gansu International Logistics Group Co., Ltd. is the in-depth implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping by the Gansu Provincial Committee and the provincial government  "Gansu’s greatest opportunity lies in the important guiding spirit of’’ one belt and one road".The provincial backbone enterprises established by coordinating the logistics port resources of the whole province undertake the important responsibility and mission of integrating and opening up the logistics resources of the whole province.

The company was established through the consolidation of assets from the former Provincial  Civil Aviation Logistics Company, Lanzhou Port Investment Company, and subsidiaries of Lanzhou New Area Commercial  Investment Group such as the Comprehensive Bonded Zone Company and Land-Port Logistics Company,with a cash investment of 500 million yuan from the Provincial State-owned Investment Group. It serves as a specialized industrial group in the port logistics sector of our province,engaged  in investment,construction,operation,and management,while also functioning as an integrated operator of modern logistics solutions and an organizer of supply chain logistics.Currently,the company boasts a registered capital of 5.541 billion yuan, total assets of 20 billion yuan, and a combined land  and warehouse area exceeding 5.8 million square meters.

Gansu International Logistics Group owns 22 subsidiary enterprises. Since its establishment in August 2022, it has achieved a cumulative operating revenue of 91 billion yuan, operated 1,252 freight train services, launched 32 international (regional) and domestic cargo routes, established 8 overseas warehouses and 2 overseas bases, and possesses 22 dedicated railway lines along with national-level comprehensive bonded zones, bonded logistics centers, automobile import ports, designated grain inspection sites, timber distribution centers, and aviation supervision sites. The group focuses on eight key business sectors: freight train operations, multimodal transport, cold chain logistics, air cargo, bonded logistics, commercial trade circulation, smart logistics, and capital operations.
